To start a return because you have changed your mind, submit this request within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are included; if the deadline falls on a non-working day, it moves to the next working day. For separate deliveries, the period starts when the last product is received. After the applicable deadline, the right of withdrawal for a change of mind can no longer be exercised, unless the law provides a longer period or the seller offers more favorable terms. Your rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.
